CK Telephone and Data Services is dedicated to ensuring quick and successful implementation of all systems we offer.
Installation Options: Both onsite and do-it-yourself installation is available with our products.
Onsite: A factory trained technician comes to your location to install the system and provide user training.
Do-it-yourself: You are welcome to use your own in-house technician or your local phone vendor for the hands-on portion of the install. CK Telephone and Data Services provides installation support and user trainer for do-it-yourselfer’s with tech support and documentation via the internet.
Online Support: Our Customer Support Center provides all the online documentation you need to wire and configure your new system. We also offer an online trouble ticket system to help you resolve any technical issues during your installation.
