A Foundation for the Future

By using the Windows-based system administration console, WiCMC can be administered from any PC on your LAN. Power in a Small Package

Fax options do require some additional hardware.

Simplicity can make you more productive

Despite your best intentions, it's not always convenient or possible to take every phone call as it comes in. With amazing agility, Simplicity can forward the call to you at a remote location, transfer the call to another extension, answer callers' basic questions via recording, or take a message for you to respond to at your next opportunity.

Simplicity helps you take a bite out of operating expenses

Why waste expensive human time and effort on simple tasks like taking messages and routing phone calls? Let Simplicity handle these rudimentary chores, and free up your personnel for the type of work that truly requires human intervention. Simplicity gives a caller the undivided attention he or she deserves Imagine never again asking an important client to hold, never losing another sale because the caller couldn't wait for 'the next available operator." Simplicity lets each caller customize his own calling experience to immediately obtain or leave the exact information desired.

You Can be in two places at once

Today's trends toward telecommuting and virtual offices can make it difficult to keep in touch but Simplicity makes it easy. If a call comes in when the mailbox owner is away from the extension, the system can send notification via pager, PA, forwarding extension or another phone number.

Advanced call completion capabilities, available as an option, enable the caller to remain on hold while the mailbox owner is paged; when the owner dials in, Simplicity will patch him through to complete the call.

Simplicity grows with your company

When your company's needs expand, Simplicity can grow with you. Although every system comes standard with one of the industry's widest arrays of features, Simplicity's open architecture design makes it easy to add more ports or incorporate new technologies as they become available.

Simplicity sprints ahead of the competition with advanced corporate features. Just about any office telephony system on the market can route incoming phone calls, record and store messages, and answer callers' frequently asked questions. But Simplicity goes above and beyond the call, with a host of powerful capabilities you'd expect to find only in systems costing thousands of dollars more.

Product Highlights:

  • Extension by Name - If the caller doesn't know the extension of the intended party, the system finds it for them when given the first few letters of the person's name, or, the caller can choose to hear a department or company directory.
  • Call Paging - If the mailbox owner is not at his or her desk, the system can automatically send a message on-site via page or public address, or off-site to a standard beeper.
  • Multilingual - Users can select from two or more recorded languages.
  • Holiday Schedule - Record all your date-specific greetings - up to 15 per year - at one time.
  • Live Back-Up - Callers can dial "0" at any time to reach a live operator.
  • Unlimited Time-Sensitive Customized Greetings - You can record separate greetings for an unlimited number of individuals or departments, and specify different prompts to play at specific times of the day.
  • Remote Message Notification - Simplicity can notify you of waiting messages at any phone or beeper you specify - on-premises or off, long distance, even cellular.
  • Voice Memo Group Lists - Record a message once and send it to hundreds of extensions simultaneously. Each user can have up to 18 personal lists in addition to the 50 system-wide lists that come standard. (More than 50 lists are available as an option.)
  • Notification of Memo Non-Receipt - The system can notify you of messages that were not reviewed by the intended party after an amount of time you specify. Or you can choose to have the system confirm receipt by each recipient.
  • Flexible Message Retrieval - Mailbox owners can listen, save, erase, record or forward messages to another mailbox from any telephone. The mailbox owner or an assistant can dial in any time for "envelope" information: caller's name, time of call, number of attempts and priority stamp.
  • Message Reminder - The system will automatically light your phone's "message waiting" lamp. If your phone doesn't have a lamp, just tell the system what extension you'll be at and Simplicity will call you periodically to inform you of any waiting messages.
  • Mailbox Linking - Link your mailbox to that of a colleague and Simplicity will copy all incoming message into both mailboxes. If you have more than one mailbox, link them all together to simplify message retrieval. Ask your dealer about additional, optional capabilities.
  • Override Command - Experienced users can execute commands at any time, without having to wait for the prompt to end.
  • Q&A Mailboxes - The system can take orders, conduct customer surveys, read customers' questions and more. Simplicity makes it easy to create information-gathering scripts that callers respond to with their Touch-Tone phones.
  • Audlotext Response - Callers can access "general" mailboxes to receive pre-recorded data such as product information, hours of operation or directions to your location - at their convenience.
  • Access Code Protection - Access to the system is protected by an access code, individual mailboxes are protected with a personal identification number.
  • Multiple Classes of Service - The system administrator can grant or restrict access to certain features and system resources, such as maximum message length, number of guests and specified delivery time, This feature makes it easy to accommodate individuals' preferences.
  • Easy Set-Up - The system is easy to configure and easy to use with menus and prompts explaining every action.
  • Flexible Numbering - Simplicity will adapt to your current extension numbering scheme.
  • Printed Reports - An ongoing record of all activities for the current and previous week includes the number of calls handled, number of messages recorded, number of times the system became busy up to capacity and much more.
  • Expandable - The system can handle from 2 to 24 ports. For applications over 48 ports, Simplicity can be configured as a local area network.
